hello everyone! I have sent my first letter since the 15th september 2006 and i still have no reply from my bank! I have send it as a special delivery so i know they have receive the letter, what can i do next? is it ok to send letter2? Laurence -

heya, I so agree with you! I am a student and don't have much money, but my bank has been charging me £38 lots of time for silly things such as going over £10 on my overdraft! I have enaugh of this! L
