  1. I to have received a letter saying they are not going to pursue the debt but it will remain on file. Since then monthly they have sent Default Notices each with 12 pound charge added to account that is supposed to be closed, so I will also wait and see what happens with the DCA..
  2. Hi I am in the same situation as you are with NDR and followed the same procedure I am wondering wether you have been passed on to DCA yet, I would be very gratefull if you could keep your thread updated so I have an idea what to expect. Thanks K
  3. Yes the rejection states different from the PCN 2 different observation times. I bought my ticket at 12.38 after arguing with the warden he put isuued ticket at 12.36. Also on my my 1st appeal to council I stated that I was only gone a minute after parking as I had no change.
  4. Thanks for the info, I have just relised that on the PCN it states the warden observed car from 12.35 to 12.36 but on the rejection notice it states that he observed it from 12.25 to 12.36. would this mistake be of any help to me. Thanks Kathy:|

  6. Hi Need some help with PCN Contravention 06 Having parked my car on the day of the fine, I realised that I had no change for parking meter, so I left car and ran in to the shop to get change, to be able to purchase my parking ticket, when getting back to ticket machine I realised the parking warden was putting details of my car in to his machine, I challenged him about this but as it was already through the system, as he stated there was nothing he could do. I had only been gone a minute, I kept my ticket and based my appeal on this, after the owner keeper letter arrived. I had not realised that getting change is not a reason to cancel the charge. Any parking tickets I have ever got which is not many in my life time, I have always paid. But this just was ridicules, as I left the car for a minute to get change, came back to car to see traffic warden, it was 2mins after he issued the ticket, that I got my parking display ticket if I had not argued with him I would have got the ticket sooner. Needless to say they rejected my appeal and sent rejection notice. Has anyone any help with finding any faults with the PCN /Notice to Owner/ Rejection Notice. I will try to post images. Thanks for any help Pictures by katscratchmeow - Photobucket

Yours sincerely, METROPOLITAN Collection Services Limited --------------------------------------------------------------------- Wondering what I should do really as I have an over draft debt with them, which I did offer payment, for what I could afford, as hubby has lost his job so its is minimal. And a loan for which I sent cca to they ignored it and sent a letter demanding payment added together with the overdraft balance. Can they actually do what it says on the letter Thanks for any help
  8. Thanks for the reply, it had my signature on it though, does that mean they have copied it on. This is really worrying taking on banks but if it stops them adding interest and charges and holds it up from going to court then any thing helps. Thanks K
  9. Hi I did upload them at first from there but they were still small, I must be doing something wrong. So here is direct link. Thanks for any help Pictures by katscratchmeow - Photobucket

  11. I was wondering if any one had any success from (SAR) to the DVLA. As my partner passed his test HGV class 1 full entitlement and motor cycle in the RAF in 1985. But it was missing from his licence when updated for photo card in 2001. we have tried phoning the DVLA but they refused to acknowledge it was ever there they said he had to prove it to them by obtaining records from the RAF driving centre which is no longer in existence. Also the green counter part is missing all the entitlements and does not match the photo card entitlements. Any advice Thanks
  12. It was the LBA letter I sent first class instead of recorded and now with nothing to proof they got it. I dont really want to ring up,as I am such a chicken, but is it possible to send a letter to remind them that the 14 days are nearly up or a copy of the LBA letter again. Kat
  13. Hi I have sent of my 14 day request of refund letter to HSBC on friday the 21st July, but I sent it by normal post to my bank so I have not got a receipt for it to say they received it, and as I have not had a reply yet I am worried if they got it or not. should I send another letter, or wait and then claim when 14 days are up. I know now having read post that the best way is to send recorded or hand in at the branch to get a receipt. They are also charging me £50.00 plus interest for going slightlty over the overdraft this month, but this will happen on the 17th of the month so cannot claim back on this claim. normaly this is £27.00 plus interest would the high charge be an indication they received my letter and are abit annoyed, also can you claim back interest charges. Thanks for any info Kat
