hi my daughter ( single mum of 3 ) was charge £30 by ulster bank for a 2p overdrawn account , this all came out of her benifits off course . i have asked to take a look at this site , but i know she will just accept it

ok i'v said it before but a £30 fee for a 2p overdrawn account , and i cant go into my local bank to complain as they dont have disabled access i have to phone them at my cost jees

i think that the ulster bank charging me £30 for being overdrawn by 2p is more than a little steep dont you?
