Thanks for that, and as you say it is a bit daunting looking at the faq's :? as there are so many links that you dont know where to start hence the asking, but will take your advice and print some off, 8) hopefully the start of getting back some of my HARD earned dosh !!

I am new to this site and am looking for information on how i should start this claim against halifax, bank of scotland, I dont really know what to do and am looking for a guide on how to get started, How do you find out how many charges you have paid, how do you know what charges yo can claim against, anything that could help me get started would be great.
