  1. Hi, Thanks for your reply. Well that ticket is for a van from Jersey, but I also have a ticket for mine (english plate), as we were parked next to each other. Doesn't the ticket have to have information on the non tear off part?
  2. Hi everyone I was in Newquay this weekend, and received an "Excess Charge Notice" for parking overnight in an area that is residents only between 12am and 6.30am. I have scanned it in and attached it. It seems different to all tickets I have received in the past, is there a basis for an appeal with this ticket? Thanks techPowerUp! :: Free Image Hosting

  4. Thanks John72, Good idea, I have now written to SC & M asking them to agree a draft order for directions, and have cc it to the court, be interesting to note their response if any. GaryH also recommends this here if anyone hasn't read it http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/82148-got-court-date-important.html Also tells you what to take to court if any of us have to go that far:( . Thanks for the heads up Oyster Regards Soc

  7. Hi GaryH Sorry to jump in, but I submitted my AQ with draft order of directions, and now have a notice of a pre trial review on 7th June (Cambridge). Do I need to prepare the bundle for this court date, if not is there anything else I need to prepare? Thanks Soc

  9. Ok, situation as follows. Submitted a court claim after initial letters, LTSB filed standard defence claiming charges are fair. Allocation questionaire filled in, as well as draft for direction sent as seems to be the new best strategy. The judge seems to have ignored the "draft for direction", has this happened to anyone else? I now have a pre Trial Review on 7th June, is anyone else in this position or been in this position? What kind of information do I need to take to the pre-trial review? Thanks:|
  10. Thanks guys. I'll just add it on. Much Appreciated.
  11. Hi all. I seem to be getting confused, the more I read. Something occured to me today, as my charges are for going over an agreed interest free student overdraft, should I be charging interest at 8% on the county court claim? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
  12. Hi everyone. I wondered if anyone had any advice on the following. I am about to proceed with my court claim, however I have been charged additional penalties since my LBA. Can I just add these to the claim? Thanks.
