Hi Guys/Girls, Been reading through the website and there's a sea of information here! Absolutely brilliant. Just one question though, where do I send the letter? Is it to the customer relation address our to the address given at the bottom of my statement? Want to get the ball rolling so I need to know the best plan of action if anybody knows. Cheers
