  1. I totally agree. I dont see this as the end.merely the beginning of the 2nd phase.
  2. Hi Olden When it gets to 3 weeks from your court date send something like this it'll make sure they dont forget about you. Also i found Tuesdays were the best days to get replies quickly. Saying that every email i sent i got a reply pretty much within 24hrs. Court Claim Ref : 7****** To be heard at ********** County Court ******* 2007. Dear Sharon, As its now under 3 weeks to the date of my Court Hearing i was wondering if you had a chance to look at the merits of my claim with regards to settlement.I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possbile. Regards Mr Monkey
  3. Well done Slick Still waiting for my money hopefully have it before court date next Wednesday
  4. Dear Mr Monkey Just to confirm that I have received your signed settlement letter. I will be requesting payment immediately, but I understand there is a backlog in the accounts department, so payment may take up to seven days to process. Kind regards, Sharon Good to see we're keeping there accounts busy!
  5. I'd give Sharon Daboul 4/5 She answered all my Emails promptly and sent out settlement letter exactly when she said she would. My advice would be to contact tues-thur much quicker response times then Mon or Fri.
  6. Received an updated settlement offer. £1495.92 + £50 Litigate in person costs. TOTAL £1545.92 I've accepted it and just waiting for the money to hit my account now! Can a mod update my thread title to WON!!
  7. Think i'll send an email tomorrow and ask if they've forgot to add them on. The letter was mailed before i sent them a copy of my costs. No harm in trying i reckon!
  8. Received a settlement letter in the post today. For £1495.92 . I was claiming £1526 so im not going to argue over one charge there disputing. No mention of the Litigant in person costs i added to my claim. Should i send them another email asking if they'll pay up on these costs rather than go for a wasted costs order? One other thing last paragraph of settlement letter says "we reserve the right to disclose this letter to the court on the subject of costs" is this normal? what does it mean?
  9. Sounds Like total unefficiency to me! At least oyu dont have to hunt out terms and conditons to send out now!
  10. In my opinion id just send what they have asked for the T&C'S and an up to date SOC Saves you a lot of time and paper producing 3 court bundles. Give it till 3 weeks before your court date and you'll find they'll be looking to settle
  11. if you go to the link in post 6 above theres a template email to send. Sharon Daboul is dealing with my case aswell shes really nice just rather overworked. Shes current working on cases early to mid July. So send an up to date schedule of charges with the template email and follow it up 3 weeks before your court date and you should have a settlement letter in the post not long after that.
  12. Got a reply stating that the Litigant in person costs have been added to my claim. Fingers crossed they pay up on them aswell! Hopefully it'll avoid the need for a wasted costs order.
  13. In response to the reply I've sent an email with my Litigate in Person costs attached asking politely if they'd consider paying these at the same time rather than apply for a wasted costs order.
  14. WITHOUT PREJUDICE Dear Mr Monkey Just to let you know, your charges are currently being verified with the accounts department, and I should be contacting you again by the end of this week. Kind regards, Sharon Daboul
