    Hi Have a friend who works at Natwest, yesterday she told me that all standard claim letters are follwed up and payment sent. One guy got £4k back! So looks like Natwest is doing the right thing, well, if you chase them for it. So if Natwest owe you, chase it and get your money back. Matt Power London English Teacher - Home
