hi guys, guess what we have won against Abbey. YIP YIP YIP, I am the aunty thats fighting for my niece. Abbey put up a fight and they had a solicitor, they tried to frighten her off, even though I put on my intellegent head and wrote posh letters. THEN.......I bought some of the Consumer action group stickers. wow I really believe these did the trick, I sent the solicitors a copy of the form for the court. [ this was not necessary, but it gave me the chance to STICK ON THE LABELS....LOL] my neice is so pleased, she had been crying and so upset about the whole stuff. This was why I took it on. from someone who is a complete dunce what is the mercantile court?, my case has been transfered to my local county court is this the same as the mercantile court?
