  1. Ah right ok. My bad. OK, I'm just going to have to approach the court and ask for a suspension of the CCJ on the grounds that I wasn't given an opportunity to defend myself.
  2. Here's the latest. I sent them the CCA letter and £1 postal order and I got this reply I have no idea what they hell they're saying here
  3. I don't think they bothered to find out.
  4. Thanks Mr Boo I'll tear up my letter rant to them and keep it to the point. Many thanks again.
  5. Will I have a case though considering I can no longer prove I sent the phone back? If I force T-Mobile to show an itemised bill with nothing on it be enough to show reasonable doubt that the contract was legitimate?
  6. I've decided to tackle all my debts and get them paid. This one however, I refuse point blank to pay. I was on contract with T-Mob back in 2009. They convinced me to take up a new contract on the grounds that a new phone would solve the poor signal problem. They gave me a 4 week cool off period. The phone didn't resolve the signal issue and I returned the phone in Nov 2009, Special Delivery with a letter saying I quit. 2 years later I notice a strike on my credit rating for £400, for the contract. I've moved house in that time and no longer had the Special Delivery reciept. I still have the IMEI. I write several letters and they don't budge. I notice on the 3rd September that Capquest have taken a CCJ out against me at an old address. The court want £80 before they'll set aside the judgement and defend myself (Justice4cash.com?) nice to see the courts now use 0845 numbers too, justice4profit.com does that mean that the statute barred has been reset for another 6 years? How the hell do I defend myself?
  7. Birkenhead County Court put ours and 5 others on hold today. The Judge said all future cases will also be put on hold
  8. What are the consequences of not sending that letter? There's no way I can send that as Im stuck in work.
  9. OK, good stuff. Problem is the court wont tell me anything (Data Protection rubbish) And I cant get to court until Monday. Bugger!
  10. Really. Picks up phone My wife just rang me and said weve received a letter from the bank saying the OFT and 6 other banks are going to court over charges. As such, our claim will be on hold and they will be writing to the courts about it. I smell a ploy??
  11. Two more working days and we're up in court against the Abbey. Dont they usually send you a letter settling around about last week? lol! So if this go's to the wall what usually happens? Does an Abbey rep turn up to defend? Whats Birkenhead county court like for awarding in the claimants favour? Sorry, just getting a wee bit..adrenaliney
  12. Choose to Refuse by BT is an excellent option to consider.
  13. Call BT and ask for the option 'Choose to refuse' It allows you to block numbers even from people who withold their number. Its great!
  14. Spot on!! I've heard about this rebanding. Where do I go to see what band other houses on my street are?
