We held a business account with Nat west for 11 years, with no transaction or overdraft charges. We received a letter in May stating they had now reviewed the account and will immediately start to charge for transactions and will enforce an overdraft facility charge for the year. Are they allowed to do this without sufficient notice to allow you to review your position, and can these charges incurred be claimed back ?

On purchasing my TV 3 years ago I took out a extended warranty which states if no claims have been made against the policy at the end of the term, I am entitled to claim to total cost of the warranty back. Where do I stand with Powerhouse recently being closed down ? Thanks
