    Retaliatory action by banks/building societies is against the code of practice. They should not close accounts, but they do. Other than reporting them is there anything else that can be done? Does anyone else have issues with the Norwich and Peterborough?

    thanks for that, Norwich and Peterborough are not being the most helpful so next letter will be on the way. No doubt they will close the account but that's no problem.

    the norwich and peterborough are saying that unpaid fees on current accounts are valid as they are advertised in their contract. Is this fair and reasonable? Comments and advice much appreciated.
