    Hi all

I came across this site after reading an article in Mail on Sunday (I think) and having now registered and read through various posts am impressed and excited with all you have achieved so far, nice work. The thought of finally being able to challenge the banks' autonomy at imposing charges has got me chomping at the bit to get my revenge on HSBC; especially after having just been charged £25 for exceeding my overdraft, for which I don't even get a letter now, how can they justify this amount? For those who have already successfully been reimbursed, do the banks continue to impose penalties, or are they more wary of you now?
