  1. Is Anybody able to help me on this??? I can't find anyone else who seems to be in a similar situation and am unsure where to go from here. I've still not heard ANYTHING from Natwest OR Cobbets so am panicking that something has gone wrong somewhere along the lines. Is it possible my case has got muddled up in all the other probably cases and been forgotten causing me to win by default. PLEASE HELP, AM STARTING TO WORRY!!! Thanks Jamie Lamport ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- NatWest: £1300 - Judgement Issued 25/10/2006 Mint: *** LBA - Paid in Full - £164 ** IF: *** Moneyclaim - choose to defend then paid in full - £798 *** BOS Unison Card: LBA Sent - £220
  2. Hi, Has anyone else had the following scenario??? I started my MCOL claim against NatWest on 03/10/2006. No response within the 14 days so i started judgement by default on 25/10/2006. I've still heard nothing from Natwest but the warrant option is available so want to know when I should start the warrant if I've still not heard anything. Thanks for any help Jamie Lamport ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Natwest: £1300 - Judgement Issued 25/10/2006 Mint: *** LBA - Paid in Full - £164 ** IF: *** Moneyclaim - choose to defend then paid in full - £798 *** BOS Unison Card: LBA Sent - £220
  3. Hi, Is there any news on your claim through moneyclaim?? The status of my claim has just changed to DEFENCE so desperately trying to find someone who has been through the whole process to see what happened to them. Jamie
  4. Hi, My case for £630 plus interest was put through a month ago on Moneyclaim site. I just checked the case online today as I have everyday and today it has come up saying a status of DEFENCE and the following text: The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly. Has anyone had this happen??? Starting to panic as i hadn't heard of this happening before can anyone tell me what happens now Jamie Lamprot
