Bump... my edit to post 16 didn't bump me like I thought it might.

    SH v LTSB

OK - I submitted my AQ by the deadline, but Lloyds didn't. Had a letter last week to say that they have til 20th June to file an AQ or the judge will strike out their defence.... 5 days and counting Letter said: (9th June 2007) Before District Judge Toobs sitting at Lincoln Court..... The Cout has mad this order of its onw initiative with our a hearing. if you object to this order you must make an application to have it set aside, varied or stayed within 7 days of receiving it. It is ordered that 1. Unless the Defendant files a completed AQ by 4:00pm on 20th June 2007 the Defendant's defence and counterclaim (if made) shall be struck out. Are they likely to file an AQ at the 11th hour (or the 15th hour on Wednesday?!?!?!)
  6. Don't know the answer to your questions, but follow this link to the pages that might have the answers - I think the Mercantile Court Guide sticky will be the best place to start!
  7. SAR sent 3rd April No response as of 29th May Non-compliance letter posted 30th May (well, it will be posted!!)
  8. Good one, Dave! Looking forward to hearing your progress!!

Papers were served on 6th April. Lloyds TSB filed an Acknowledgement on 19th April indicating their intention to defend the claim. Am I right that they now have til 4th may (28 days from the date papers were served) to file a defence?? What should happen next

    SH v LTSB

Had the standard reply letter today I think, from Kerry Parfitt at the Andover Service Recovery Centre.... "sorry that you feel you have cause to complain, give us 2 weeks to investigate unless we have misunderstood your concerns in which case please contact us" How do I know if they have misunderstood if all they do is send a mail-merged general letter. There is nothing in the letter to explain what they think I have complained about!!! LBA is printed and going in the post tomorrow! SH

    SH v LTSB

Like many others, I've just printed my Data Protection Act request letter and am about to deliver it direct to my bank.... Have no idea how much I have paid in charges in the last 6 years... so am quite excited about contacting the bank to find out (which sounds a little bit odd, doesn't it!) SH
