Until we sold our business in 2005 my wife and I had our account with NatWest. Our business was a limited company with us as the only directors. Each year we needed an overdraft and each year we were charged about £360 arrangement fee. I had to sign a new agreement each year and agree to pay the £360 arrangement fee. This meeting would take place in a NatWest bank with our “Business Manager” never lasting longer than an hour and sometimes less than 30 mins. Is some of this charge recoverable?
