YEEEEHAAAA. Ive just had a letter through the post this morning. Abbey are settling the case out of court, paying back the full amount + Interest + Court costs. They also said that this settlement means that i cannot hold them responsible in any way?? "Whatever, the mere fact that Abbey are paying back the full amount means they are responsible! ". It feels good to win against the big companies

Thanks for the reply, Still no sign of Abbey settling, It has been about 5 months since i first sent out the statment to Abbey regarding how much i was claiming back + interest. How do i send them a revised statment showing the new interest calculation to date, since i have already filed a claim for a certain amount, can that amount be adjusted at any time ?

I have a Court date set for the 28th of Feb, still no sign of Abbey settling the claim. Has anyone here actually gone to court yet? as i am getting a little concerned that i will have to go to court.
