Well said 100% agree even in the letter they sent out to me saying they will reimburse me they basically said they take no responsibility and no admission in whats happened find it very discussing they wont even acknowledge or take responsibility that its their fault as a company for allowing theft from customers to even take place

Quick update on what's going on with my case.
They filed an acknowledge of service and just over 2 weeks after that, they then filed a defence stating
''I intend to defend all of this claim''
meanwhile I've been reading threads on here and getting my evidence together i now select request judgment right?
Asking as the guidance for judgment does meet the defendants response.

Just for your information
i went on to evri tracking website, put in the tracking number and i get two delivered items from vinted which i never even purchased the ref number for the shoes i shipped back in august suddenly 'doesn't exist ' now.
Luckily i have screenshots from back then of who delivered it and all the other details,
i think its funny how they tried to delete their steps and how this can not be a error in the system.
Any thoughts on this ?

Yep i under stand makes sense to leave it out. Thank you and ill keep you updated

They didnt reject the claim they ignored the LOC and emailed me saying its vinteds problem as i got the label from them which of course is not vinteds problem
-
After the LOC and emailing them they didnt respond back to me so i assumed they was not going to reimburse me.
I posted the item out, when it arrived to the buyer they sent me pics of what they received i suspect it was opened and switched as ive got evidence

Buyer paid for the digital label from vinted and vitnted always charge a fee for buyer protection which was £2.95

This is the POC let me know if its fine please.
QuoteItem Declared: Nike Air Force 1 including crease protectors
Sold value: £50
Buyer paid for postage fee around £3The claimant used the defendants courier service to deliver an item with the value of £50 to a UK address. Evri parcel reference number: H############
The claimants parcel appears to be a subject of theft as it was replaced by a different parcel containing a different pair of shoes upon arrival.
The defendant has refused to reimburse the claimant for the full amount.
The defendant is clearly in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in that they have failed to carry out their contractual obligations with reasonable skill and care.
Furthermore, the apparent theft of the claimants property was committed by a person working for the defendant as the item is tampered with upon arrival.
The claimant seeks the value of the stolen item £50 plus court fees and interest pursuant to Section 69 – County Courts Act 1984 plus damage for conversion not exceeding £250 in the discretion of the court.
