Omega888 I paid ASW Cars Ltd as this was the account provided by Silverdale. They covered it up by using ASW Ltd. When i asked is this correct to pay ASW Cars Ltd they replied yes.

All Lloyds. ASW Ltd used their account to request my payment t/a Silverdale cars or ASW Ltd (which is another of their companies and disolved in April. They are also using SCL Trading t/a Silverdale cars. Bank account Lloyds set up as SCL Trading. (I have evidence). If you solicitor needs it happy to provide. Now they are using Numotas or Numota (check auto trader. How do these people do it, where are the trading standards to stop these people. Unbelievable.

NUMOTA is the latest new trading name of Silverdale cars and the latest still advertise RAC warranty - ive had numerous friends try buy cars from Silverdale and each time a different bank account has been given. NUMOTA is not a registered company and the address given is the same as previous Silverdale cars. Unbelievable…… NUMOTA

£3900 for the car. No service, Mot falsified as a pass as 2 illegal tyres. No RAC 82 point check as guaranteed as an approved dealer (since been removed) had to spend further £1600 to make road worthy. Paid by Bacs direct to account provided ASW cars. Quite happy to make sure another CCJ as im not bothered about the money just to make other peoples sons and daughters aware of how unsafe their cars are so if only one person doesnt die in a RTA. If im given a bank account of a Ltd company provided with an email confirming receipt thats fact paying them. Let the courts sort it out. They are absolute rogue traders.

Also how can logistics law firm lie saying their client doesnt even know a Silverdale cars. Who are these rogue traders? Why will trading stamdards do nothing? Im phoning LCC tomorrow.

Hi Omega, I dont understand the advice that going after an owner of a bank account in my case would be a waste of time i was given ASW Cars Ltd, paid, had the receipt confirmed and the car delivered so as far as im concerned its a company who received the money clear and fact. Silverdale and Zayn are coverup names. I also dont understand why asked to use a new feed on here as ive only answered a reply - bit confusing.

I have photocopies of every page. Ive reported to RAC their legal team are on him. I dont care about the money. They intentionally sold me a car which was for my daughter in an illegal state car and unsafe car with failed mot tyres but assured me it had all been checked and issued a false mot. If i help stop another daughter or son having their lives risked i will make sure they pay me back. Cost £1600 just to be road worthy. The so called Zayn had kids in the back ground screaming when he told me its a great car. How as a parent they sleep is beyond me.

Hi, thanks. Silverdale cars sold me the car and issued ASW Cars Ltd as the given bank account to make payment which I did. I have sent a letter before action to ASW Cars Ltd since they received my money and must know Silverdale although their Solicitors are stating they have no connection. I am enforcing a full MoneyClaim on them.
