Hey my friend got a 2nd RLP letter from John Lewis because by mistake she took a small diary worth less than 5 pounds outside the store in hands to get a card for payment. Now RLP demands 140 pounds in losses. What should be the next step? My friend is really scared and this kind of money is really too much for that person since not that financially sound.
