Having experienced two severe flooding issues, one sewerage, neither which were caused by me, the cleanup used excessive water increase on my bill. Whilst disputing the bills I was charged interest on the outstanding amount and £50 late payment charges each time the bill was not paid within 14 days. I requested Castle to be sympathetic and reduce some of the charges, they refused and sent a further bill with another £50 late payment charge. At this stage I owe nothing for my sewerage and water supply but. £330 for excess charges and late payment fees. Is anybody else receiving this level of excess charges. I think they are even higher than store credit card charges.
