I am relocating so have requested to cancel my membership which is a valid reason to cancel early.
David Lloyd are refusing as my relocation is for less than 9 months.
They are only allowing me to suspend my membership.
However there is no mention in the terms and conditions of how long the relocation must be for.
Their reasoning for the relocation having to be for at least 9 months is that they offer a suspension of up to 9 months, but it does not say that you must suspend rather than cancel.
