  1. I think it’s just me getting the terminology wrong. I meant pcn being placed on car. thanks for everyone’s help!
  2. Is this the case for all companies as this is UKCPS. So am I right in thinking that if they have a physical warden checking tickets in cars (which is the case here), they must issue a notice to driver on the car and then follow up with notice to keeper after 29 days if not paid? And they only issue a NTK immediately if the alleged 'infringement' it's caught through ANPR or other camera based activity? Is that a legal obligation? thank you for your help in understanding this.
  3. Ah so are you saying they should have affixed a notice? I thought they could either do that or write to you? Is it worth appealing via IAS or just sit tight? I really don't want to be going to court to fight these scumbags. I mean, if I have to I will but I'd really rather not.
  4. Hiya no ticket affixed to windscreen. First I heard about it was a letter to keeper in the post. I am about to write a letter of complaint to them telling them they need to cancel the lot as they haven't followed their own procedure and a valid ticket was purchased at the time.
  5. Please answer the following questions. 1 Date of the infringement 18th Jan 2023 2 Date on the NTK [this must have been received within 14 days from the 'offence' date] 23 Jan 2023 [scan up BOTH SIDES as ONE PDF- follow the upload guide] please LEAVE IN LOCATION AND ALL DATES/TIMES/£'s - below 3 Date received 25 Jan 2023 4 Does the NTK mention schedule 4 of The Protections of Freedoms Act 2012? [Y/N?] Yes 5 Is there any photographic evidence of the event? Yes several photos of the car 6 Have you appealed? [Y/N?] post up your appeal] Y Appealed as Registered Keeper saying that the driver did buy a ticket on the day in question and uploaded a photo of the ticket purchased and a screen shot of the bank account showing proof of payment. Have you had a response? [Y/N?] post it up Not an official response as in a rejection letter but just a final notice letter 7 Who is the parking company? UKCPS 8. Where exactly [carpark name and town] Small Mill Car Park, Leeds For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under. IAS If you have received any other correspondence, please mention it here After the initial Notice to Keeper, I appealed through their online portal Zatappeal, I was sent to a confirmation page after submitting the appeal and I also received an email confirming receipt. At no point have a received any further communication about my appeal either via email or post. I was then sent a Final Notice Letter dated 15th March 2023 demanding increased payment of £130 within the next 14 days (up from the initial £60/£100). They have not even followed their own appeals process and I'm pretty sure there is CCTV so could review to see driver walking to payment machine, purchasing ticket and then placing in the car. I also believe it was windy that day and as the tickets have no adhesive on the rear of them they cannot be fixed to dashboard or window, it's possible that the ticket could have fluttered before the door was shut. The land owner has been contacted but they are unwilling to step in. UKCPS.pdf
