I order item off a website - 3 pairs of shoes.
The bag was empty but filled with just paper.
I wrote to the company ASOS. They issued a refund however I never got the email confirming refund.
I wrote to them each day now.
Today they sent a email saying I breached their t&cs and they closed my claim.
I spoke to the agent and he said I’ll still get the refund.
Once I showed him the email he said he checked and the refund was issued but token ID failed.
That now I would need to dispute the funds with the bank.
Will the bank refund me as I have proof of them saying they are refunding me?
