I have received a letter from a bailiff, the letter has no headed page, but instructs me to contact a court within 18 days. The business debt they are chasing is 13year old debt, it was included in my husbands bankruptcy. I have had no contact with the company for over 11 years, although I was a second guarantor, the company was dissolved at least 8 years ago.
