Hi, yes I’ve got the letters from her now and they did send a claim form (or a reply form). They have been sending all this info to the wrong address though.. What’s the purpose of ringing the court? Sorry I don’t understand much of this so just want to be clear.

Hi, I’ve just learnt that I have a CCJ. It’s from an old mobile contract that has been with Lowell for what will be 6 years in June (this year) and it’s existed as a Default on my credit file since they’ve had it. I have had no correspondence from Lowell at my address regarding this new CCJ or from the solicitors they have now employed - they’ve been sending it all to my sisters address. I only learnt about it through checking my own credit file and have chased her up to see if anything has been sent there. Is there anyway to get this removed? Any recommendations on next steps?
