HI Everyone, I have an issue with a return. Before New Year, I have bought some items from ISAWITFIRST totalling £64. They didn't fit so I started the return process in which the buyer had to pay for the return postage. ISAWITFIRST gave me options of the couriers and I paid £4.99 for a label. A QR code got sent to my email with a label and sending instructions. I went to an Evri drop off point and sent it as 1 of 4 parcels that I was sending at the same time. I allowed 2 weeks and still had no confirmation of the refund. When checking tracking number - Evri says that the tracking number is invalid. I checked the receipt code and it does come up with 4 parcels, but the 4th one (which should be ISAWITFIRST) has a completely different tracking number and is being sent to a retailer I've never even heard of. I emailed ISAWITFIRST and they told me to chase it up with Evri, but as we all know - Evri is a pain to get ahold of. The online bot tells me that the tracking number is invalid and therefore will not put me through to an agent. I am unsure of what to do next. My bank statement does show that the £4.99 was paid to a company called ZigZag Global, which turns out to be a distributor working with Evri. Shall I chase with them? Does anyone have any advise at all? As the result of this, the retailed won't refund me £64, but not only am I now out of pocket for this amount, I also don't have the goods.
