Hi Can anyone advise if I should proceed with court action with interparcel? They collected a velux window for me using tuffnells. have photos of it being loaded. That was the last time it was seen. They have admitted it has been lost and offered £25 plus £56 postage. This leave me £120 out of pocket. The 56 and 25 still hasn't been paid and it's getting on for 3 months now. Their service has really been terrible and I would love to hold them to account. It's really inconvenienced me and they really don't give a stuff. Guess I would have to chase interparcel as that's who my contract is with. Many thanks
