I had letters and a email from TM Legal with regards to Thames Water. I phoned them up to check if anything else was owed on the account before paying it in full. They confirmed that the account was now closed and passed back to Thames Water. It’s been 10 days and still not showing on my Thames Water online account. I’ve now contacted Thames Water asking them to investigate.
