Apologies for entering this thread, but I have been following this on another legal forum since you asked for help in September. Every person giving advice had to step back from offering further help and wished you luck. The excellent unpaid team here who want to help should have the full picture: I will be blunt and you won't want to hear it, but reading both threads, you take issue with the advice you don't like and have a reason every time for not following it.
