  1. I ordered it 22nd October i received it the day after first week it had its issues but after research it was software related I rode it out until the updates came. About two weeks ago the intermittent shut down and getting hot started also the car play issues I let them know about it few days after the problems started, this was the point where they said the 21 days had passed and I’d have too book it for repair I booked the return for repair online sent it back the same day they received it back the following day they had it for about 24 hours and told me they had fixed it they haven’t fixed anything Id of taken it back to the Apple Store but the one near me had no availability until after Christmas

Hi hoping for some help I ordered a 14 pro max with giff gaff via Klarna had some issues at the start but after some research this was software related and a few updates later some of the issues were fixed, as giff gaff only give 21 days to return the phone with no questions asked I unfortunately passed this period. Got in contact with giff gaff regarding my phone getting hot, issues with car play distorted sound every few minutes the only fix was to unplug and plug it back in (tested on multiple car play units) phone intermittently closing down for no reason at all. I asked them to accept the return with it only being 6 weeks at the time of purchase but they refused and asked me to send it to them to be fixed. I sent the phone back to them they told me it’s been sorted but I laughed when few days later the problems are still there is there anything I can do to force them to accept this return it’s not like they will be out of pocket as they return the device to Apple anyway
