I have no debt that i am aware of they are saying I have a sum of £380.77, no information on where this debt came from only that they have bought the debt of another company and are trying to help me come to arrangement of payments. I have emailed back today asking more information about where this has came from as it is unrecognisable to me. I never signed up to a Lowell financial account. They have my home address saved and my email only, no telephone. Is this something I can just ignore?
