Hello to everyone, I am new here. Property Redress Scheme (PRS) is a property Ombudsman to which Together Property Management (TPM) belongs. I made a complaint to PRS about TPM. PRS requested evidence of why TPM took 10 months to complete a repair. TPM could not provide evidence requested by PRS. I rejected compensation of £50. from PRS. I contacted First Tier Property Tribunal about application form. £100 for form; £200 for hearing. Has anybody been involved in// or know anyone who has taken a Residential Managing Agent to a first tier property tribunal? Any information would be welcomed. Thanks
