  1. Actually as I recall I did buy some Evri insurance for about £8 which only covered me for £200 max. They wanted nearly 15 quid if I were to cover the full eBay selling price of £360. I’ve not engaged with Evri since they told me they’ve lost it earlier today
  2. Hi all just after some advice I’ll try and keep it short. I sent an iPad parcel through Evri where I printed off the label myself and dropped off at post office. A few days later the buyer is saying they have not received. I checked out the app and they had an issue locating the address which was a quirky one to be fair. They shared a photo of the box in the couriers hand with his gps coordinates very close to the address. Fast forward three weeks and endless email comms and they are now saying they have lost the parcel ‘after thorough search’ lol. Obviously I want to get the full value of this item back but I didn’t insure. Any advice appreciated- maybe formal notice of complaint as first blow? Thanks all
