Hello, great source of information been going through all the EVRI topics in this forum. I'll try to keep this concise. Sold laptop via eBay for £709.89 and sent via EVRI/Packlink with standard postage without additional insurance. Dropped off on the 21st October 2022, out for delivery on the 24th October but unable to deliver and declared lost by Packlink on the 31st October after I raised enquiry for delays. Didn't file for the "refund", just went straight into writing a letter of claim based on recommendations from other posts, which you find attached.
