  1. Hello everyone, I'm looking for a bit of assistance. Here's the back story: on the 5th/6th, I bought some rare classic motorcycle parts in two separate parcels from two separate vendors. I searched for these parts for some time (days) and bargained with the both sellers. Evri lost both parcels. I paid £40 for parcel 1 - this was from Ebay. After 2 weeks or so, (and a lot of calls and frustration), Evri said it was lost and that I should get a refund from the sender. After my hard work finding and bargaining, I got my £40 refund from the seller and £10-£30 compensation (apparently) from Evri. We won't discuss this parcel further. I paid £50 for parcel 2 - this was a private sale. Parcel 2 was special and this is the one which I want to discuss. Parcel 2 was not worth £50, it was worth more, but £50 is what I paid for it. It was insured for £50, but it's hard to say it's true value because the parts are not easy to come by - they're from a 1983 motorcycle. Most likely, to buy these parts right now, without waiting or bargaining, they're probably worth around £150 or so. Parcel 2 - I paid for the postage via Parcel2Go and it should be in my name financially. I can see it in my orders list and I'm the recipient. The website would not allow me to put my address in the sender address boxes so I had to enter the man's address who was actually going to take the box to the shop. He packed it up, took photos and sent it as I requested. Evri were just terrible to chat with about this and eventually said "go to parcel2go" - it's their problem now (sort of thing). It was a nightmare - one guy hung up on me and generally couldn't be bothered. Also, the system doesn't allow you to chat to a human with a tracking number which is under investigation. Anyway, I've spent hours trying to chat to a human, I've spent ages on the phone dealing with their poor systems. Updates are a waste of time. They've said countless times "give us 24hrs", they've said countless times "we'll phone you back" and never do. The company is an absolute embarrassment. They're not interested in talking about parcel 2. They've done their 48hr investigation which seemed to take more like a week and it proved to be inconclusive. So basically, they've lost 2 parcels of rare parts. I've got the value of one parcel back plus £10. The other as I'm the sender, so far I've got nothing back. I've called Evri 23 times in total and spoke to many members of staff. I apparently have "executive attention" or something too. They've said that they won't honour a claim form as I didn't purchase the service directly from them. What's the maximum claim I can do and are there any tips on what i should and shouldn't do? Thanks, Antony
