Hi, I sent a PlayStation 4 that l sold on Ebay for £91 out via Evri and it arrived cracked, and the hard drive is not working. Had to refund buyer the buyer but Evri only giving me £20 back. Is there anything l can do, I have replied to them, but they say their decision stands I would assume that l declared the value as what l sold it for but l do not know how to check Is there anything l can do? Thanks
