  1. Thank you for this information, I think I have been miss informed by the bank and am on a call now to see what claim they have started. I have had confirmation that a dispute has been raised. If a charge back fails or goes over the 120 days then section 75 can be used. They will be sending me forms and asking for some proof of the letters I have sent.
  2. I purchased new worktops using my credit card. The deposit was paid 147 days ago, the material cost a 119 days ago and fitting paid in cash. The work tops are faulty and after alot if fobbing off by the company they have agreed to replace next year. This has all been phone calls and i have nothing in writing (i dont think it will happen I have raised a claim with the credit card company and initially they said the deposit wasnt covered as it was out of the 120 day claim period. They will persue the materials claim but will not cover the cash part. i thought the full cost of the item should be covered. Any advice would be appreciated.
