  1. Hi all, In summary, I bought an Evri parcel service via Parcel2Go, dropped off my parcel, which was subsequently determined lost. Should have gone with DPD. Parcel was a brand new PS5 digital console + extra controller, being returned to the retailer. Declared as such, along with total purchase price. Did not pay £25 for additional insurance, having never had a parcel lost with EVRi before and because they have a duty of care / to provide the requested delivery. Parcel collected from ParcelShop on 30th August. Processed at national hub on 31st August, where the tracking ends. Initiated a lost parcel request with Parcel2Go on 3rd September, who advised they would follow up with Evri. Enquiry rejected on 21st September, as parcel protection not taken out. Reached out to Evri CEO on 6th September, where enquiry was passed to a team member. Initated search, but parcel deemed lost on 15th September. Told to make a claim with Parcel2Go as order made with them. Intend to claim against Parcel2Go in the small claims court. Will be looking through the forum for helpful posts, while ensuring I understand the process of making a claim, but would of course appreciate any assistance available with direction and drafting letters. Not sure of my chances, but have read various EVRi stories in the forum, where those making a claim have had some success when reaching mediation. It seems to me that the fairest outcome would be for Parcel2Go to refund the delivery cost and item cost in full, as they did not provide the service offered. No idea what happened to the PS5, but suspect it may have been stolen. If so, hope the new owner is enjoying it. Whether lost or stolen, I suspect it will never be seen again. Many thanks
