  1. Hi There On the 27th August I returned two parcels of shoes back to Sports Shoes using EVRI. One small package containing just one pair of shoes which cost be £3.50 to send and successfully made it's way back to the retailer and my refund was issued. The larger higher value package contained 4 pairs of shoes and again cost £3.50 to return which I paid for. Total value of shoes circa £200 . When I track the receipt the larger packet shows only as being collected on the 27th of August and that is it. I have tried multiple times to contact EVRI. Not one email has been returned and I cannot get past their obtrusive "bot" on the telephone. Some kind people on another forum suggested I look for help here. I now understand I have exercised my statutory right to cancel an online sale under s29 of The Consumer Contracts and the regulations 2013 state the retailer must refund me no later than 14 days thereafter if either 1) they have received the good back or 2) I have supplied evidence of sending the goods back. Of course Sports Shoes are having none of this saying they are protected by their Returns Policy. I really don't know what to do. £200 is a big hole in my monthly budget. I raced to buy a whole bunch of trainers for my children before school with the intention of only keeping the one pair that would fit. Any help here most welcome - who is at fault and how can i get my money back? I look forward to hearing. Thanks v much
