  7. Hello everybody, On the 19th August I sold a complete hot water tap on eBay. Buyer paid me and sent it via evri/packlink I need to start the ball rolling on a money claim online just not sure what I have to do first. Do I need to send them a letter of complaint and wait a specified amount of time before I do go on the money claim system or as it's under the consumer rights act can I just go straight onto the mcol system? After two days of my parcel being sent it was posted on the eBay packlink thread as damaged they have them lost the parcel which was worth £550 brand new but I sold it £350 for the amount I sold on eBay. The tap was brand spanking new quettle and tank so to replace it would cost £550 or do u just have grounds to claim the £350? I didn't go through with the extra insurance which it seems via these forums isn't enforceable anyway. Some help with how I start my claim would be much appreciated. Kind regards Mark
