I have an ongoing complaint with Currys/Carphone warehouse.
Carphone Warehouse have taken money from my husbands account for 2yrs for a contract from June 2020 that doesn't exist. Despite confirming this was their error and they owe him £1422.09 the funds have still not been received since we spoke to them in June 2022. They never return calls despite multiple promises.
The situation is extremely stressful due to the number of calls we have had to make, lack of any call backs when promised and the amount of money they have taken in error from us and appear to be holding onto.
DO NOT do business with this company as when they make an error it is impossible to get this resolved, even when they confirm they have taken funds without your consent and in error

. So far we have emailed their admin team at email address enquiry@cpwplc.com (provided to us by them) and called multiple times on 0370 111 6565 to chase up the complaint,
but after initial discussions with the complaints team, and confirmation the funds would definitely be returned by 18th August 2022, no one has called us back and no funds have been received.
