Ok would an email be sufficient? was bought cash with extended warranty thanks

You dont think there is enough to warrant a return given the missed checks and missing standard things the car should have had? Thanks ill ask for another check signed copy

They had done a 95 point check prior to collection, where they ticked sensors and parking aid working, turned out the parking sensor was never there so would not have been tested. The garage in question has had probably 99% 5 star reviews just the odd issue with some buyers. The fact they didnt catch the sensor and park aid issue when it was ticked makes me wonder if there were any other short cuts taken and things not checked. Car also has some rust and corrosion but guess thats normal on a 5 year old car.

Hi, just purchased a car from a dealer with a really goor review. Turned out they missed to check the parking aid and sensors, when I had it checked at main dealer under the 3 party warranty shows car has had some body repairs and sensors were not replaced and wrong trim was put in. Also there are loose trims on other parts of the car and the boot hydraulics need changing as well as the boot realignment. turns out car had a body repair on the back also. Ive spoken to the garage and they seem like they happy to fix / repair the issues. Not convinced this is the right car now they were informed of the initial parking issue within 8 days and 14 days of the diagnostics from main dealer. Ive mentioned i would be happy to return the car for a full refund but was fobbed off about it not being major problem and they will fix the issues. Where do I stand with my rights for refund within 30 days, would it include my additional warranty I paid for which also was misold as they advised i need to pay for all diagnostics. Also road tax would that be refunded. Would rather return the car as it has a lot of little issues and more owners than they told me. thanks
