I have only just realised after my finances have hit rock bottom that Jd williams have been charging an extortionate service charge on my statement every month for past 2 years. My recent statement was for a min payment of £65.01 of which £63 is just service charges...omg i nearly fainted. I can not afford to pay this and I have been told I can claim the charges back please can you help me? Thanks
