Yes it was Arrow who took me to court. The original debt was £4200 and I've been paying £5 per month since, it's now £3600. My circumstances were very different back then and it was a violent alcoholic ex who left me with the debt . Thanks for the advise -

I filled in the means form for the court at the time of the judgement, I take it that means that the court set the payments?. The debt was taken by Arrow Global a few years later their solicitors are Drydens Fairfax. The debt was a credit card -

I have been paying a CCJ for 12 years. I pay monthly to the creditors solicitor. Today I got a letter from their solicitor saying that my current repayment plan had expired and asking me to fill in a form about my earnings and expenses. My question is do I have to fill the form in.
