  1. Hi dx, and thanks for prompt response. Just to clarify, does that mean they will definitely have to get a court order to repossess? I would like to keep the car, it’s helpful with getting the mrs to and from appointments. I shall do the time order on Monday, definitely. Lessons have been learned, especially with change of address stuff. Cheers
  2. Hi all, I need some advice. My partner was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and our income has reduced drastically due to her not working anymore. Unfortunately, I have not paid 3 instalments on my pcp and have Anglia UK trying to contact me. I had not spoken to vauxhall finance as I have been extremely stressed with the whole situation and busy with hospital apppintments etc. I recently had to move, and had not changed address with vauxhall finance. I have not got my default or termination notice due to this. However, I am assuming that due to length of time/ no contact I have been issued with both. I currently have around £300 pounds of fees on my account, which is taking me below 1/3 payment but without these I would have paid over the 1/3 requiring them to get a court order. Any advice on what I can do or action I should take? Many thanks
