Hi all, can anyone help me please?
I run a small business, sole trader, no employees, and made a complaint to the energy Ombudsman about Opus.
They found in my favour and i accepted the result, but then Opus appealed and they have now reversed the decision.
Now I am not sure if i can appeal this second decision as only option I am being given is to decline or accept, no mention of me appealing.
I have checked on the Ombudsman website which states 'the final decision cant be changed' which i thought that the decision that was made originally was the final one, hence why i accepted.
The information Opus have given in their appeal is incorrect but i can see nowhere to respond to any of this appeal by Opus.
Please can anyone help me??
