Having researched the installation of solar PV and a domestic battery for my bungalow, I accepted a quotation from this company for the supply and fit, at a cost of £8000 for delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. I paid 50% of the money by bank transfer on March 16th. Nothing has been installed, excuse after excuse has been issued and now, from a post in a group on Facebook, it appears that I'm not alone. The owner of Energy Bank is Colin Taylor, who has run a number of similar companies from the Warrington area. He has started a new company now called Energy Storage Solutions Limited. Needless to say this scam has been reported to ActionFraud (police), Citizens Advice (Trading Standards), my bank fraud team, Companies House and legal action is being prepared. Has anyone else had dealings with this company?
