Well its been a bit of a mental week but have spent time reading previous posts today on this topic. Its overwhelming information but I'm determined to get this resolved.... But, my main problem is I cannot find where to send my email query regarding the value declared and for my complaint letter!! I replied to my previous email from them which bounced back and I cannot seem to get to contact info through the virtual assistant on their website!!!! Its doing my head in Can anyone help??

Hi all, really appreciate any help you can offer!! I posted a parcel worth £185 but I posted with EVRi without insurance. I use them all the time and have never had any problems, I was confident in their service. Honestly, I can't remember what I put down as the value, is there any way I can check that? they lost it and have refunded me the £20 standard. Whats my next step? Thank you
