I have a credit of over £100 from Zog which should have been credited to my EDF account when it moved at the end of December. I spoke to administrator today, they have confirmed in writing that details of my account were sent to EDF on 7th January, the customers final statement was made available to EDF on 4th February. Yet EDF have still not applied this credit to my account. My monthly payments with Zog were approx £100. In February EDF tried to take just over £400 from my bank account, which was not due to them. Does anyone know who is responsible in EDF and their contact info??
